Terms of Use

This page sets out what can honestly be said about using www.mkemolondon.com, a single published site, and what happens the moment a reader follows a link away from it. It names no company and no jurisdiction because the build behind this site contains no record of either.

What This Site Is: fixed publication

This site is a static publication. Every page is a file built in advance and served from a content delivery network. There is no server-side application behind it, no user account, and no form, input field or upload control anywhere in the build. The published inventory is fixed at build time: the sitemap lists a single address, so the reader is not navigating a changing structure of pages, only the one that exists.

Because nothing can be typed in, uploaded or submitted, nothing on this site can be created, changed, suspended or transferred by a visitor. There is no registration and no account, so no visitor-generated content exists here at all.

What Happens On A Link: outbound redirect

This site runs no gambling service of its own. Where a link points toward an operator, it never opens that operator directly. Instead it is an address on this domain that answers with a redirect and hands the visitor onward to the operator's own tracking address. Ten such redirect rules exist in the build, and every one of them leads outside this domain. Each of these links is marked as sponsored and opens in a separate tab.

  • Clicking such a link keeps the visitor on this domain for a moment, then moves them to a page controlled entirely by the operator.
  • Nothing about the operator's site, its offers, its rules or its conduct is described, promised or verified anywhere on this page.
  • The relationship between the reader and any operator begins only once that outside page loads in the browser — this site is not a party to it.

What This Site Cannot Promise: absent counterparty

The build carries no e-mail address, telephone number, postal address or contact form. That absence means these terms cannot promise a complaints channel, a response time or a named counterparty to write to. There is no support desk behind this page and no procedure for raising a dispute here, because no mechanism for doing so was ever built.

For the same reason, this page does not state a governing law, a court, a licence, a regulator, an age threshold or a right of appeal. None of those things can be verified from a set of static files, so none of them are asserted.

How The Pages Behave: verifiable structure

  • Every page carries publication and modification dates in its structured data. The modification date, 2026-08-26, matches the value published in the sitemap, so a reader can tell when this version of the text was issued.
  • Everything a page loads — styles, scripts, fonts and images — comes from this domain. No outside server is contacted while a page is being displayed.
  • A request for an address that does not exist returns a page marked noindex, nofollow, which immediately forwards the visitor to the home page. A mistyped or expired address cannot become a page of its own.

These behaviours describe how the site is delivered, not what any linked operator does. They confirm that the pages a reader sees are the ones the build produced, nothing more.

Where Responsibility Sits: outside this domain

Because this site holds no account system, no input mechanism and no contact route, it is not in a position to adjudicate a dispute, confirm an operator's conduct, or accept a claim on anyone's behalf. Once a reader follows a sponsored link and lands on an operator's own tracking address, that operator's own terms are the only ones that bind the visit from that point forward. This page does not restate, summarise or endorse those terms, because they are not part of this build.

A reader who wants to know what governs a transaction, a wager or a complaint needs to look at the destination reached after the redirect, not at this page.
